Full Policy - USA & International

We hope you love your ALINA SOL® products.
We accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with tags attached in their original condition within 10 days of the delivery date.

Free Exchanges (USA Only) :

We offer 1 free exchange on every USA order! We'll pay for the return shipping and we'll also cover the new shipping to send your replacement item back out to you. Please use the below steps to start an exchange : 

  1. Within 10 days of the delivery date of your order, click the return portal button at the top of this page to start your free exchange process.

  2. The portal will allow you to automatically create your own exchange order. You will receive a printable USPS shipping label to send your original item(s) back.

  3. Ship your items back within 10 days from receiving the return label. Depending on your location it will take 2-5 business days for us to receive your exchange package. 

  4. Please note to be eligible for the free exchange, all merchandise must have all tags attached in their original condition, and must not be worn or washed. ALINA SOL® reserves the right to refuse an exchange for any items received back in unsatisfactory condition. 

  5. Once we receive your item back, we'll automatically ship your exchange out the same day.


Returns (for USA) :

To start a return please follow the steps below. Please note all merchandise must have all tags attached in their original condition, and must not be worn or washed. ALINA SOL® reserves the right to refuse a refund for any items received back in unsatisfactory condition. There is a $5.95 fee associated with return shipping that will be deducted from the total refund amount.

  1. Within 10 days of the delivery date of your order, please click the return portal button at the top of this page to start your return process.

  2. If your return is within our policy guidelines, you will receive a printable USPS return shipping label. 

  3. Ship your items back within 10 days from receiving the return label. 

  4. Once we receive your item back, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be inspected and processed. After inspection we will process a refund back to your original payment method, minus original shipping fees and any associated return shipping fees. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for your refund to appear on your bank account. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURNS

We are excited to open up shipping to our friends in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, France, Netherlands, Switzerland, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Monaco, Norway, Germany, Belgium, Poland, Sweden, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, and Israel. If your country is not listed, we have not opened us shipping to your specific region yet. Stay tuned! 

Each order is subject to your countries taxes, duties, VAT, GST which will be collected upon checkout on alinasol.com. Your checkout amount is inclusive of all applicable taxes dependent on your shipping address. 

We offer shipping overseas with UPS and USPS (United States Postal Service). UPS Worldwide delivers on average within 2-5 business days.
USPS First-Class International delivers on average within is 7-20 business days.

We currently do not accept international returns or exchanges. 

Damaged Goods

We inspect all merchandise before packaging and sending, however if you receive an ALINA SOL® product that is damaged, please upload a photo of this to the return portal abovewithin 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged good and a description of what happened. Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis.
