SIZING TIPS - Our size chart is for pant size measurements.

Our product runs true to size, and is meant to be worn mid to high-waisted, typically right over the waistband of any activewear brand/clothing item. This product is not designed to be worn low waisted. 
The PocketCor® Belt has a snug-compression fit. 
The PocketCor® Zipper Belt has a relaxed fit. (New)

• We recommend that you do NOT size up if you are using PocketCor® for running, or any other high intensity workout. Get your true pants size or size down if you are in-between sizes, for a snug compression fit with no bounce & no sliding. If you size up, and you plan to use our product for running, there is a chance the belt will be too big for you and it will bounce and move around. Our snug compression fit is what eliminates bouncing and sliding during workouts. 
  
  
• The belt will slightly stretch after the first 30 minutes of wear due to a "break in" period. It will not continue stretching after this. 
  
  
• If you want to use our product more casually for every day use, travel, walking, biking, hiking, running errands, etc, and you do not want a compression fit, you can size up 1 size for a more relaxed fit. Sizing up will not cause any issues. It will not cause the belt to fall off or move around during low intensity activities, it is absolutely fine. It is only during running or other high intensity workouts that we recommend you do not size up. 
  
  
• If you live in the USA, we currently offer 1 free size exchange on every order, as long as the item is in brand new condition. Meaning, if you order a size Medium, and you realize after you receive your order that you really need a size Small instead, we will cover the shipping costs to exchange the item for you for free. The item must be in brand new condition, and sent back to us with all tags attached and in re-sellable condition, for your order to be eligible for the free size exchange. 
  
  

HOW TO MEASURE - 

• The easiest way to find your size is to compare our size chart to the size you typically wear in jeans, pants, or activewear bottoms with other brands. 
  
  
• Waist / Pant line: Measure around your natural waistline or the smallest part of your waist ( typically at belly button level ). 

 Model 1 - Height 6'2, Waist 34", wears a Mens Medium belt

 Model 2 - Height 6'3, Waist 31", wears a Mens Small belt

 Model 3 - Height 5"11, Waist 24", wears a Women's XXS belt

 Model 4 - Height 5"10, Waist 24", wears a Women's XXS belt

 Model 5 - Height 5"9, Waist 42", wears a Women's 3XL belt
