Shipping & Returns


Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed to ship. You will be notified via email with tracking details when your order has shipped. We currently ship from Miami, Florida. 

***Please note there may be third party shipping delays (USPS, UPS) out of our control. 

Standard Ground Delivery Times: 
USPS First Class Ground - 3-6 business days
UPS Ground - 3-5 business days

*BLACK FRIDAY / EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS/EXCHANGES - Holiday gifts purchased between November - December 2022 will have an extended return/exchange window until January 6th 2023. Items purchased at full price will be eligible for a free exchange, or return with fee, until January 6th. The person you gift can email us directly to work out their free exchange. They simply need to provide us with your order number and that's it! Items purchased on sale during BLACK FRIDAY / CYBER MONDAY are eligible for RETURN ONLY with a return shipping fee of $5.50. We will not be able to accommodate free or even exchanges for items purchased during our Black Friday sale. You will have to return your order and then place a new order at the new reflecting price. 

*Blue tags must be attached in their original condition for a return/exchange to be accepted. We will accept returns/exchanges of items that are still new and not sweat in, washed, or worn for more than testing. 

We hope you love your ALINA SOL® products. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with tags attached in their original condition within 10 days of the delivery date. (PocketCor® Water Flasks are non-refundable.) 

USA Free Exchanges: If you order the wrong size and want to exchange for a new size/color, we offer 1 free  size exchange per belt within the USA for online orders! 

Return Instructions: If you need to return an item, please follow the below steps:

  1. Reach out to us at In your email include your order# in the subject line, and explain the reason for your return request. We will get back to you within 48-72 hours with a pre-paid USPS return label. The return shipping fee of $5.50 will be deducted from your refund amount. Attach the label to your package and send the item back to us. 
  1. All merchandise must have all tags attached in their original condition, and must not be worn or washed. ALINA SOL reserves the right to refuse a refund for any items received back used in unsatisfactory condition or items with the tags removed.
  1. Once your return is delivered, please allow 2-4 business days for us to inspect and process the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive and email notification confirming your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on your original payment method. 


We are excited to open up shipping to our friends in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, France, Netherlands, Switzerland, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Monaco, Norway, Germany, Belgium, Poland, Sweden, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, and Israel. If your country is not listed, we have not opened us shipping to your specific region yet. Each order is subject to your countries taxes, duties, VAT, GST which will be collected upon checkout on Your checkout amount is inclusive of all applicable taxes dependent on your shipping address. 

We offer shipping overseas with UPS and USPS (United States Postal Service). UPS is typically 2-8 business days globally. USPS Firstclass is 6-25 business days. If you select our $15 flatrate USPS option, please note once the package passes customs, the package and tracking will switch to your local carrier and we can not track it. The $15 USPS shipping service will not include insurance, but is the best price we can offer you through USPS. We realize the shipping costs are high - you are able to order multiple items in 1 order and use this method to split the shipping cost with friends, family, others. 

We currently do not accept international returns. 

We inspect all merchandise before packaging and sending, however if you receive an ALINA SOL product that is damaged, please email within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged good and your order # in the email. Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis.

Pre-order items follow the same return policy as above. If an item is sold out on our website, and you order weeks/months in advance, the return policy will apply from the date you actually receive the item.
