Shipping & Returns
Delivery Times For In Stock Items:
Standard Shipping - 2-5 business days (After warehouse processing)
2nd Day Air - 2 business days (After warehouse processing, for same day shipping order must be placed by 11AM EST.)
Next Day Air - 1 business day (After warehouse processing, for same day shipping order must be placed by 11AM EST.)
International First Class - 7-25 business days (After warehouse processing)
Worldwide Express - 2-5 business days (After warehouse processing)
*Warehouse processing times may take up to 1-2 days after an order is placed, Monday through Friday. We aim to ship orders the same day or within 24 hours.
*The warehouse processing time frame is provided for in stock items. If an item is on backorder/preorder then it will be processed and shipped as soon as it becomes available again.
November 15th - December 23rd
All orders shipped during this time frame will have an extended return/exchange period until January 1st 2024. Items must be in brand new condition and have their blue tags attached to be eligible for a return or exchange. We have the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is used or has the tags removed.
Gift Exchanges - if the person you gift needs to exchange their belt size, they can follow these steps:
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the 4 digit order number and the belt that needs to be exchanged.
2. We will send 1 free return label to start the exchange process.
3. Once the item is received back and is in satisfactory condition, we will ship the new 1 free exchange item back out to the person you gifted. We are able to edit the shipping address for an exchange.
Gift Returns - if the person you gift needs to return their belt, they can follow these steps:
1. Email email@example.com from the original email used to place the order and request a return.
2. A return label will be sent to ship back your items. Please note there is a $5.50 for return shipping and restocking.
3. Once the item is received back and is in satisfactory condition, a refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus shipping fees.
REGULAR USA RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
We hope you love your ALINA SOL® products. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with tags attached in their original condition within 10 days of the delivery date. (PocketCor® Water Flasks are non-refundable.)
USA Free Exchanges: We offer 1 free size exchange per belt, for every online order!
You have 10 days from the delivery date of your order to request your free size exchange. To be eligible for a free exchange, the item must have the blue tag attached and be sent back to our warehouse in brand new unused condition. Please note items are not further eligible for returns after the free exchange is used. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your 4 digit order number to start the free exchange process!
Pre-order items follow the same return policy below. If an item is sold out on our website, and you order weeks/months in advance, the return policy will apply from the date you actually receive the item.
Return Instructions: If you need to return or exchange your item, please follow the below steps:
- Reach out to us at email@example.com. In your email include your order# and explain the reason for your return request or exchange. We will get back to you within 48-72 hours with a USPS return label. If you would like to make an exchange, we offer 1 free return label on each order for exchanges. If you would like to start a return, please note there is a $5.50 return shipping fee that will be deducted from your total refund amount. Attach the label to your package and send the item back to us.
*Please note any shipping fees you originally purchased when placing your order will not be refunded to you.
- All merchandise must have all tags attached in their original condition, and must not be worn or washed. ALINA SOL reserves the right to refuse a refund for any items received back used in unsatisfactory condition or items with the tags removed.
- Once your return is delivered, please allow 7-10 business days for us to inspect and process the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund back to your original payment method, minus shipping fees.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURNS
We are excited to open up shipping to our friends in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, France, Netherlands, Switzerland, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Monaco, Norway, Germany, Belgium, Poland, Sweden, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, and Israel. If your country is not listed, we have not opened us shipping to your specific region yet. Stay tuned!
Each order is subject to your countries taxes, duties, VAT, GST which will be collected upon checkout on alinasol.com. Your checkout amount is inclusive of all applicable taxes dependent on your shipping address.
We offer shipping overseas with UPS and USPS (United States Postal Service). UPS Worldwide delivers on average within 2-5 business days.
USPS First-Class International delivers on average within is 7-25 business days.
We currently do not accept international returns.
We inspect all merchandise before packaging and sending, however if you receive an ALINA SOL product that is damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged good and your order # in the email. Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis.
