Wear your PocketCor® Belts high waisted right above your hip (around your belly button line/core). This product is not designed to be worn low waisted around your hips. It is most comfortable to wear the belt over clothing/pants, but you can wear it directly on your skin if preferred.
SIZING TIPS - Get your true size for a snug no-bounce & no-sliding fit! A snug fit is recommended if you will be using the belt for workouts. The "Spanx-like" compression in the belt is what keeps it in place and stops it from sliding or bouncing. The belt will slightly stretch after the first 30 minutes in use with items inside the belt. If you want a more relaxed fit you can size up 1 size. A relaxed fit is not recommended for high intensity workouts. A relaxed fit is fine for casual all day wear/walking, but it will not work as well for running.
HOW TO MEASURE - PocektCor® Belts run true to size and have a snug fit. We recommend you use our size charts and model images below. If you do not know your waist size, measure at the smallest part of your waist to find your best size fit. The PocketCor Belt is not designed to be worn low waisted or on your hips, it is designed to be worn higher waisted, on your waist. You can also compare our size chart to the size you typically wear in jeans/pants to easily find your size.
