The easiest way to find your size is to compare our size chart to the size you typically wear in jeans or pants. 

SIZING TIPS - Our product runs true to size and is meant to be worn mid to high-waisted, typically right over the waistband of any activewear brand/clothing item. This product is not designed to be worn low waisted. 

The PocketCor® Belt has a soft-compression fit. 
The PocketCor® Zipper Belt has a relaxed fit. (New)

• Get your true pants size for a soft compression, and no-bounce & no-sliding fit!
  
  
• The belt will slightly stretch after the first 30 minutes of wear due to a "break in" period. It will not continue stretching after this.  
  
  
• If you prefer a more relaxed fit in the original PocketCor® Belt, you can size up 1 size. 
  
  
• A relaxed fit is not recommended for high intensity workouts or running. Our special compression fit is what keeps the product in place during runs. 
  A relaxed fit is perfect for casual all day wear / walking / traveling. 
  
  

HOW TO MEASURE - 

• Waist: Measure around your natural waistline at belly button level.

• If you do not know your waist size, measure at the smallest part of your waist to find your best size fit.

 Model 1 - Height 6'2, Waist 34", wears a Mens Medium belt

 Model 2 - Height 6'3, Waist 31", wears a Mens Small belt

 

 Model 3 - Height 5"11, Waist 24", wears a Women's XXS belt

 

 Model 4 - Height 5"10, Waist 24", wears a Women's XXS belt

 

 Model 5 - Height 5"9, Waist 42", wears a Women's 3XL belt
